Philosophy
At Pillsbury Manor we aim to provide a supportive community that enables our Residents to maintain their independence, dignity and self respect…an environment that recognizes individuality but with a strong sense of family values.
 We want our Residents to call Pillsbury Manor their home; to feel safe, comfortable and cared for; having their lives enhanced because they have chosen to live here. Family owned and operated, Pillsbury Manor has been serving the needs of seniors for over 20 years. Our first community opened its doors in 1985 offering assisted living services in a residential, home-like setting. Over the years we have expanded to meet the needs of over 200 seniors. Bill Spalding, our Executive Director, and Deborah Lemery, RN, our Administrator, manage our highly trained and reliable staff of over 100 employees. They ensure each resident’s needs are being met and that they are safe and happy in their environment. We know that each resident is unique and, therefore, we serve each resident as a person, not a patient.
