Pillsbury Manor is a Level 3 Residential Care Facility, licensed and registered by the Vermont Department of Aging and Independent Living.

Is life at home a struggle? When seniors need help with their daily activities, we offer safe and secure communities where nurses and aides are available to respond to personal needs. We encourage our residents to live as independently as they can, but our trained staff are always available 24 hours a day. Special arrangements are available to couples with varying needs of care.

• Our nursing staff provide medication management, health and personal care services.
• 
  Our Food Service Staff offer a delicious array of three nutritional meals and snacks daily. We also have a Registered Dietician for consultations on special diets.
• Our Recreation Directors enthusiastically participate and direct a variety of social and therapeutic activities within the building as well as scheduled outings.
• Our eleven passenger van is used to transport residents to shopping and social events. Our transport aide schedules and accompanies residents to their doctors appointments.
• Our housekeeping staff provide personal cleaning and laundry services.
• Beauticians offer salon services within the buildings.

At our Gazebo Apartments we offer stages of assisted services, so as your needs change and you need more assistance we can increase the help you receive.

• Three meals per day
• Laundry Service/bed linen change once a week
• Transportation to medical appointments (up to 4 per month)
• Structured activities program
• Personal care/nursing services including medication management up to 15 hours per month

Advanced stages of services include more personal and nursing care and will be discussed with the resident and family when needed. We can offer care up to a stage four service.
