Rates and Floor Plans: Assisted Care | Independent Living
All of the Pillsbury Manor communities are private pay. We offer monthly leases for each of our communities. When we have an apartment to lease, we require a deposit equal to one month’s rent and a non-refundable $150 administrative fee.

All rent prices include utilities and basic cable (except at Gazebo).

The independent rates include one main meal a day and the assisted care includes three meals.

Stage I Services:
Studio (350 sqft.): $2500 (Add $900 for each stage)   See floor plan
One Bedroom (465 sqft): $3000 added on from starting rate   See floor plan
