Rates and Floor Plans: Assisted Care | Independent Living
All of the Pillsbury Manor communities are private pay. We offer monthly leases for each of our communities. When we have an apartment to lease, we require a deposit equal to one month’s rent and a non-refundable $500 administrative fee.

All rent prices include utilities and basic cable (except at Gazebo).

The independent rates include one main meal a day and the assisted care includes three meals.

*Couple’s rates start at an extra $800, depending on the level of service the second occupant needs, assessment will be done.

Gazebo Apartments:

Stage I Services (Add $900 for each Stage added on from starting rate):

Studio (350 sqft.): $3,300   See floor plan
One Bedroom (465 sqft): $3,900*  See floor plan
